Samantha Spafford - Employed for 12 years, ten being in manufacturing division, duties
consisted of billing clerk, H.R. Admin., Operations Mgr. Secretary, and customer
service. The next two years and current duties include service scheduler, dispatch
and office secretary.
Dolores Moody - Employed 15 years. Started out helping AP/AR for mfg, refrigeration,
and comtrol divisions until new refrigeration building built then took over all AP/AR
duties for refrigeration. Current duties are office manager, 401k administrator,
and drug free workplace administrator certified with the BWC.
Chris Anatra - Employed 15 years, 11.5 in manufacturing and 1.5 in refrigeration
division. Current duties include accounting and human resources.
Bill Daugherty - Employed 14 years. Five of these years consisted of working in the
field doing plumbing work and 11 years worked in office as a Plumbing Estimator.
Todd Kiger - 30 years experience in the Mechanical Industry and employed 12 years
at Universal concentrating in the area of HVAC Estimating, Project management, and
Purchasing. Last 1-1/2 years as V.P. of Construction.
Tracy Deal - Employed 7 years. He was employed in our plumbing and HVAC division.
Currently senior project manager overseeing contract and bid jobs on plumbing and
HVAC. Master Plumber and Backflow Certified.
We are a state certified contractor. We are state certified in most disciplines covering
the plumbing, HVAC, piping and welding industries. Our certifications include:
Mark Crose - 10 years experience as both service and construction plumber. Current
duties include doing double duty as service plumber and new HVAC tech. Backflow certified,
D.O.T. Service line qualification, Universal Refrigeration licensed, medical gas
certified, 30 hr OSHA trained. Brazing and Backflow testing certified.
Ed Vancura - 25 years working in the sheet metal division: 12 years in HVAC field
installation and 13 years in fabrication sheet metal shop. 8 of the 13 years and
current duties include foreman for the sheet metal department.
Mike Barkley - service specialist.
Dave Adams - shipping, receiving, and stockroom.
Mike Bugg - Over 20 years experience with electronic controls, data communications
and networking.
Curt Roe - With Universal for more than 25 years. Currently performing sheet metal
fabrication
Gas DOT - service lines
Gas Fusion Piping
Med Gas Certification - installation for hospital, nursing homes, etc.

Jamie Claypool - 20 years experience in mechanical field, 12 years at Universal as
field superintendent.

George Reece - 32 years in Mechanical contracting. Employed 14 years at Universal.
Five years as Project Manager. 10 years as V.P. of Industrial Commercial Divisions.
Rob Ridenour - 42+ years with Universal Enterprises and has grown up knowing computers
and the HVACR industry.
